The shortlisted works will be in an exhibition held at the Art Gallery of Ballarat opening January 31st. And the winner will be announced that day.

I am really excited and feel so very honoured – Rick Amor is an amazing artist and I love the Ballarat art gallery.

Last night my friend Mandy took me to the CLF Feministmas and it was such a great, great evening.

I did a quick ink and gouache painting of Alexandra Oke who sung barefoot. She blew us all away and when she hit the really big note ( apologies, I know nothing of the musical language ) I saw Karen’s hand shoot to her heart and felt my jaw clench – I have to see this woman sing again.
